OUR APPROACH
Our approach is to focus on the people, the vision and the ideas behind our clients. We work with boards, shareholders and stakeholders to clarify purpose and direction, set clear goals and then to ensure the organisation's activities, from the Board to the Chief Executive and their team, are aligned to the goals.
At HSR we believe in sustainable long-term growth, rather than providing quick fix solutions. We prefer to work alongside organisations to find solutions that are aligned to their own core vision and values. An important part of the process is to develop lasting relationships with our clients.
OUR values
We value: Integrity; Professionalism; Accountability; Responsibility and Transparency in everything we do.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Our work is carried out to high professional standards. We subscribe to a strict code of ethics which includes: putting our clients interests' first, declaring actual or perceived conflicts as they arise, dealing promptly and transparently with complaints and client confidentiality.
